His current contract is expected to last until January 2026. Apart from his annual salary, Jericho also earns a marginable profit by featuring in pay-per-views and through merchandise sales. On the other hand, Mercedes Mone equalled Jericho’s pay scale of $5 Million USD per annum upon signing her debut contract with AEW earlier this year. Mone is not just the highest-paid AEW star, but also the highest-paid women’s wrestler in the pro-wrestling industry to date. Mone’s current contract is reported to be a multi-year contract and she is expected to have a long time with the company.

Kazuchika Okada is the second most highly paid AEW Superstar, who is getting paid over $4.5 Million USD from the company. Okada is the most recent signee to the company and his contract is reported to be multi-year deal. The Jacksonville based company has one of the highest-paid rosters in the pro-wrestling industry with multiple wrestlers earning over $3 Million on an annual basis.
