Jon Moxley is one of the biggest stars AEW has to offer

Jon Moxley is one of AEW‘s top stars. He has been with the firm for almost five years and has won several global championships.

The Purveyor of Violence has not been included in the advertising since the Forbidden Door pay-per-view. He dropped the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship to Tetsuya Naito.

According to rumors, Tony Khan granted him time off for a few weeks. However, no information on when he will return to the squared circle is available.

Many fans believe Jon Moxley will return to AEW on the promotion’s grandest stage, All In. Last year, he and Blackpool Combat Club fell against Eddie Kingston and Best Friends in a Stadium Stampede event. Many supporters would be delighted to see him at Wembley Stadium.

Let’s take a look at when the former AEW World Champion may return to AEW after missing the last month of action.

3. Jon Moxley might return for All In’s Casino Gauntlet

Casino Gauntlet has received a great deal of notice in recent weeks. The unexpected contest saw various stars emerge one by one.

Furthermore, any superstar who pins others automatically wins the event. Will Opsreay won the final match, earning a championship chance against Swerve Strickland.

A few weeks ago, AEW launched the Casino Gauntlet for All In. Several high-profile players are expected to present during the match, according to multiple sources.

2. Introduce himself as the next challenger for the Continental Championship

Claudio Castagnoli, another Blackpool Combat Club member, competed for the Continental Championship against Kazuchika Okada on the latest episode of Dynamite.

The winner of the bout might participate at All In to set an open challenge for the All Out pay-per-view, which takes place a few weeks later but the match went into a draw. Moxley might now be able to accept the challenge and fight Kazuchika at the next pay-per-view in September.

1. Jon Moxley might face Swerve Strickland

Swerve Strickland and Bryan Danielson will compete in a ‘title vs. career’ match at All In. Bryan has the opportunity to become the AEW World Champion for the first time.

However, if he loses, the American Dragon must exit the squared circle as directed. If the Realest star defeats Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley may return to face Swerve Strickland, perhaps ending the program. The two might then face off at All Out pay-per-view.
