Asian Games: Where to watch Indian football teams' matches?

The Indian men's football team for the Asian Games will be a second-string squad sent by the AIFF.

The 2023-24 season is up and running in India with the Durand Cup playing the role of a perfect season opener. While club football will resume in its normal fashion, international football particularly for India will be very different.

After the Blue Tigers’ participation at the 49th King’s Cup and the AFC U-23 Asian Cup Qualifiers, the focus now shifts to the upcoming 2023 Asian Games to be held in Hanzghou, China. Despite all the anticipation surrounding India’s participation at the Asiad a few weeks back, things have only gone south for the Blue Tigers.

From Indian Super League (ISL) clubs refusing to release their key players for the Asiad to the All India Football Federation (AIFF) registering a new second-string team for the event, Indian football has seen it all in the past few days.

But despite everything, India is going to the Asian Games, for the first time in nine years. Skipper Sunil Chhetri will lead his young guns in China against the best Asian sides.
