Afghanistan vs Bangladesh ODI series 2024: Schedule, squads, venues, dates, timings, live streaming details and all you need to know
The Afghanistan vs Bangladesh ODI series 2024 will be played in the UAE.
Starting November 6th, Afghanistan and Bangladesh will meet in a three-match ODI series. This series will be played in Sharjah, UAE. This series is crucial for both sides in their preparations for next year’s ICC Champions Trophy.
Both teams are coming off contrasting results in their recent matches. While Bangladesh were hammered brutally by India in tests and T20Is and by South Africa in tests, Afghanistan created history by defeating South Africa for the first time in an ODI series.
Afghanistan will continue to be without the injured duo of Ibrahim Zadran and Mujeeb Ur Rahman but they welcome back Noor Ahmad to the side.
Bangladesh will continue to be led by Najmul Hossain Shanto, even after the skipper expressed reluctance to be the all-format captain. All-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz has been named as Shanto’s deputy for the Afghanistan series.
