Afghanistan Cricket Team warm-up fixtures for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023

Afghanistan will play their first World Cup game against Bangladesh on October 7 in Dharamsala.
The 13th edition of the Cricket World Cup is all set to start in India. It will kick off on October 5, when England will take on New Zealand in Ahmedabad. The tournament will be played in India, so it will be a big chance for the Asian teams to win the biggest tournament in cricket.
The top ten teams will participate in the competition, which will be played across ten venues in India. Every team will play nine games, and the top four will qualify for the semi-finals. However, ahead of the start of the tournament, every team will play two warm-up matches to get used to the conditions, starting on September 29.
Afghanistan World Cup Warm-up games:
The International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the schedule of warm-up games on Wednesday. A total of ten matches will be played, with every team playing two warm-up games. These matches will be played across three venues in India: Guwahati, Hyderabad, and Trivandrum. Afghanistan will play its first warm-up match against South Africa on September 29.
This game will be played at the Greenfield International Stadium in Trivandrum. Their second game will take place after a three-day gap on October 3. They will be facing Sri Lanka at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati. Tickets for both of these games will be available on the BookMyShow app and website, which will go live on August 25 at 8 p.m.
