India have qualified for the Asia Cup 2023 final after defeating Sri Lanka by 41 runs in Super Four clash.

India successfully defended a total of 213 runs against Sri Lanka. Rohit Sharma's fifty was the highlight of India's innings, but Dunith Wellalage's impressive five-wickets haul limited India's scoring. Sri Lanka's chase faltered early as India's bowlers, led by Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav, picked up crucial wickets at regular intervals. Despite some resistance, Sri Lanka's innings concluded at 172 runs, falling short of the target.

This victory now puts India in the finals of Asia Cup 2023. While India's batting had its moments, it was their strong bowling display that sealed the win. This result will boost India's confidence going forward in the tournament.
