India won by 228 runs against Pakistan in Super four clash of the Asia Cup 2023.

India have registered a big win over arch-rivals Pakistan with over 228 runs. Batting first, India posted 356 runs on the board with the help of magnificent innings from their top-order batsmen Virat Kohli (122) and KL Rahul (111). India had a great opening start, and they were looking set for a big total, with Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill both scoring their second half centuries of the tournament. Coming to bowl, India bundled out Pakistan for just 128 runs. Kuldeep Yadav picked 5 wickets, which is his second fifer in ODI cricket. India have registered their fourth biggest win against a team in ODIs in terms of runs. India will be looking to take this momentum on to the next super four game against Sri Lanka on 12th September at Colombo.

India, with their first win of super four round of Asia Cup 2023 against Pakistan have earned 2 points in the table. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are the four teams in this round. Afghanistan and Nepal have been knocked out after the group round. In the first super four match Pakistan defeated Bangladesh and got 2 points.
