Match 12 of Asia Cup 2025, IND vs OMN, took place at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.

India and Oman clashed in the 12th match of Asia Cup 2025 on Saturday, September 19. The Surykumar Yadav-led side defeated Oman by 21 runs in the encounter as the Jatinder Singh-led side failed to chase down a 189-run target in the encounter, despite fifties by Aamir Kalem (64) and Hammad Mirza (51), finishing with 167/4.

Hardik Pandya, Arshdeep Singh, Harshit Rana, and Kuldeep Yadav got one wicket each as India won their third consecutive game of the ongoing tournament. Earlier, Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to bat first. Opener Shubman Gill got out cheaply for five runs. However, Abhishek Sharma (38) and Sanju Samson (56) etched a 66-run stand to provide a strong start.

Later, Axar Patel (26) and Tilak Varma (29) scored crucial knocks to drive the total to 188/8. For Oman, Shah Faisal, Jiten Ramanandi, and Aamir Kaleem got two wickets each. With the victory, India earned two more points in their kitty and finished with six points at the top of the group A points table.
