Australia name 14-men squad for first test against Pakistan at Perth

Australia will play the first test against Pakistan in Perth starting on December 14.
After winning the World Test Championship 2023, beating India in the final, and retaining the Ashes, Australia will be playing their first test at home. They will host Pakistan for a three-match test series, which will be part of the ongoing WTC 2023–25 cycle. Pat Cummins and his men recently won the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, and this has been a great year for them, and they would like to continue it.
The first test of the series will start on December 14 in Perth. Pakistan have reached Australia and will play a four-day practice match against the Prime Minister’s XI. On Sunday, the Cricket Australia (CA) announced the hosts’ squad for the first test, which saw a full-strength team that will face Pakistan in Perth.
