India U19 will play 5 one-day matches and 2 multi-day matches on the tour of England.
Ayush Mhatre, a 17-year-old prodigy who made a spectacular First-Class (FC) cricket debut with Mumbai and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL), will lead the India U19 squad on a multi-format tour to England in June and July 2025. Vaibhav Suryavanshi, a 14-year-old from Bihar and Rajasthan Royals opener, is also among the 16-member squad.
India Under-19 will take on England Under-19 in a 50-over warm-up match, followed by a five-match Youth One-Day Series and two multi-day matches. Abhigyan Kundu, a wicket-keeper from Mumbai, will serve as vice-captain.
The India Under-19s will warm up at Loughborough University on June 24. From June 27 to July 7, Hove, Northampton, and Worcester will host the five-match junior OD series. Beckenham will host the first multi-day competition from July 15; Chelmsford will host the second multi-day competition beginning on July 20.

The India U19 team also includes Punjab’s Vihaan Malhotra, who has previously opened the batting with Suryavanshi. Offspinner Anmoljeet Singh, seamer Yudhajit Guha, legspinner Mohamed Enaan, and wicketkeeper-batter Harvansh Pangalia have also played for India U-19.
A call-up has also been given to Gujarati all-rounder Khilan Patel, who won Player of the Series in the Cooch Behar Trophy, a domestic Under-19 four-day competition, thanks to his left-arm spin bowling and batting. The BCCI has named 4 standby players as well in Naman Pushpak, D. Deepesh, Vedant Trivedi, Vikalp Tiwari, and wicket-keeper Alankrith Rapole.
