India made three changes to their playing XI for the 3rd T20I against Australia.
The third T20I between Australian Cricket Team and Indian Cricket Team is currently underway at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart. The spotlight will one the Suryakumar Yadav & Co as they aim for a comeback in the series after losing the second T20I.
Australia lead the five-match series 1-0 after they clinched a four-wicket win in the second game at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, where they dominated with both bat and ball. Notably, the opening game between both sides was washed out due to the rain.
The start of the third AUS vs IND T20I went in favour of India as captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to field in Hobart. This was the first instance when the visitors won the toss since the start of the ODI series on this tour.

During the toss, the Indian captain revealed that they have made three changes to their playing XI for the match. Wicket-keeper Jitesh Sharma, pacer Arshdeep Singh, and all-rounder Washington Sundar were added to the playing XI, replacing, Sanju Samson, Harshit Rana and Kuldeep Yadav.
“We are going to bowl first. The ball will come on nicely to the bat in the 2nd innings. Happy to take it one game at a time. We have three changes – Jitesh, Arshdeep and Washington come in,” Yadav said at the toss.
On the other hand, Australia made just one change to their side with Sean Abbott getting a place in the XI in place of Josh Hazlewood, who was supposed to play just two T20Is in the series. Moreover, they didn’t include Glenn Maxwell in the playing XI, who returned to the squad for the last three T20Is.
