Australia are placed in Group B in the T20 World Cup 2026.
Australia will be a strong contender to win the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 title. The Men-in-Yellow were eliminated in the quarter-finals of the previous edition and also suffered a shocking defeat against Afghanistan.
They have won the tournament once in 2021 by crushing New Zealand in the final and will aim for their second title in the upcoming World Cup.

Australia will start their campaign with a clash against Ireland on February 11 at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, followed by a match against Zimbabwe on February 13 at the same venue.
After that, they will face Sri Lanka and Oman on February 16 and 20, respectively, at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Pallekele.
Notably, Australia will also play a warm-up game against the Netherlands on February 5 ahead of the tournament. This match will take place at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
