It's time for the grand finale, as the final match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is all set to take place at the world's biggest cricket stadium. India will face Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium, and this game will decide which team will become the world champions. Both teams are ready to showcase what they have for the finals, and it will be an exciting contest between the two best sides.
Meanwhile, both captains had a photoshoot with the World Cup trophy, where Indian captain Rohit Sharma revealed his chat with football superstar David Beckham. This will be the second World Cup finals between these two teams. They played once in 2003, when Australia thrashed India to become the champion. Hence, Rohit Sharma and his men have a great chance to win the title at home.

There will be a number of celebrities present for the final game. Bollywood stars, political figures, businessmen, VIPs, etc. will attend the game. Notably, BCCI also invited football superstar David Beckham to watch the semi-final game between India and New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium on November 15. Beckham met both the teams and had a conversation with them. He is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, and ICC has joined a partnership with UNICEF to promote gender equality through cricket among women and girls.
In a video shared by ICC, Pat Cummins asked Rohit Sharma about his chat with Beckham. Indian captain said, "He (Beckham) told me he wanted to become a cricketer but things did not work out and he took up football. His father was quite keen on him becoming a footballer." Later in an interview when asked about Beckham, Indian captain said that Beckham was keen to know about the training process and everything how the team prepares before the game.
