WPL 2026: Delhi Capitals full schedule

Delhi Capitals will start their WPL 2026 campaign on January 10.
The fourth edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) promises to be even bigger as some new international stars have come onboard. WPL 2056 mega auction helped all five teams to reshuffle their packs and fill up the areas that they lacked.
Now, the schedule of the tournament has been announced, and every team can plan accordingly. Mumbai Indians (MI) won the last edition, beating Delhi Capitals (DC) in the final, and will defend their title in the upcoming season. The other three participants are Royal Challengers Bangaluru (RCB), Gujarat Giants (GG), and UP Warriorz (UPW).
The tournament will see 22 games, including the final, which will be played on February 5. The three-time finalists DC will be hoping to complete the unfinished business that they have been waiting for for a long time now. They had a chance but failed to do it last edition, despite a good start in the final.
But, they will miss Meg Lanning, who captained them in the first three seasons as she was released. Later, Lanning was signed by UPW at the mega auction. So, the franchise will look for a new leader, and Laura Wolvaardt and Jemimah Rodrigues are the front-runners for that job.
The franchise has managed to sign some match-winners, and it will be a slightly different-looking DC on the field in WPL 2026. DC-W will start their campaign on January 10 against MI.
