SRH beat CSK in IPL 2026 cash, winning the game by 10 runs.

The Indian Premier League (IPL 2026 has been a blockbuster so far, providing entertainment as always. However, just like the on-field drama, it has also given us plenty of off-field drama. Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the joint-most successful franchise of the league, had a poor start to the tournament and have been receiving a lot of trolling.

Recently, the team filed a complaint with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) against the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium DJ, claiming that they were insulted and undermined while playing against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)at their home ground.

Meanwhile, another letter has been going viral on social media, claiming that the team has complained about alleged “voodoo practices” at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad, during their match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

The letter that is going viral on social media has been confirmed to be fake. The rumour started when a video went viral in which an SRH fan was seen rotating a lemon, and on the very next ball, Sunrisers pacer Sakib Hussain uprooted the wicket of Shivam Dube.

After this, a photoshopped letter began circulating, claiming that CSK CEO Kasi Viswanathan had filed a complaint with the IPL regarding alleged black magic practices in Hyderabad.

However, there are several mistakes in the letter that confirm it is fake. The letter lists the company as “Chennai Super Kings Private Limited,” whereas the actual legal entity is Chennai Super Kings Cricket Limited (CSKCL). The CEO’s name is also incorrect and is written as “Kasi Viswarathan.”

Additionally, the letter is addressed to the Wankhede Stadium, whereas BCCI protocol requires such communications to be addressed to the Cricket Centre. Furthermore, no official from the BCCI or CSK has acknowledged this letter.
