England have dropped from second position to third spot in the ICC WTC 2025-27 table.
The England Cricket Team defeated the Indian Cricket Team by 22 runs in the third test of the five-match series at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. However, they have been charged for slow over rate, and players have been fined 10% of their match fee.
The Ben Stokes-led side has been docked two points in the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 points table as they were short of two overs in the Lord’s test. Captain Ben Stokes accepted the proposed sanction imposed by Richie Richardson of the Emirates ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees.
