England Schedule for ICC T20 World Cup 2026, Fixtures, Dates, Venues

England will play Nepal in their opening game of ICC T20 World Cup 2026.
ICC T20 World Cup 2026 is all set to begin on 7 February with three clashes set to take place on day one. The event will be played over a month as the final has been scheduled to take place on March 8 at the Narendra Modi International Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad (Colombo if Pakistan qualify).
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday, November 25 in the presence of Rohit Sharma, who won the last edition of the ICC T20 World Cup as captain, unveiled the schedule for the tournament in Mumbai. The league stage will be followed by the Super Eight stage, semi-finals and the final.
Coming to England Cricket Team, they will be one of the hot favourites to win the title as they have been sensational in T20Is in the last few years. They won the ICC T20 World Cup in 2022 under the leadership of Jos Buttler and were decent as well in 2024.
England reached the semi-finals of ICC T20 World Cup 2024, where they lost to India. This time around, it will be a young team under Harry Brook and they would be keen to make a mark and win their third title.
England are placed in Group C of ICC T20 World Cup 2026

In what is referred to as the second strongest group, England are placed there along with the West Indies, Bangladesh, Nepal and Italy. The Three Lions will need to bring their best if they have to fancy their chances of qualifying for semi-finals as the West Indies and Bangladesh too are great in T20Is.
England will open their campaign against Nepal at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on February 8. After that, they will take on the West Indies at the same venue on February 11. They will then move to the Eden Gardens in Kolkata for their next clash, which will be against Bangladesh on February 14 followed by clash against Italy on February 16.
