Faf du Plessis hit Ravi Bishnoi out of the park at M Chinnaswamy Stadium for a 115m six, which is so far the longest of the IPL 2023

On Monday, Royal Challengers Bangalore batters raised the temperature at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. RCB’s Top 3 had a wonderful show against Lucknow Super Giants. RCB batters smashed 15 sixes in their innings. RCB made full use of Chinnaswamy’s wicket and small dimensions. Captain Faf remained unbeaten in his innings. He scored 79 runs in 46 balls smashing 5 fours and 5 sixes.

One of Faf Du Plessis' is now viral among Cricket fans. Faf Du Plessis in the fourth ball of the 15th over sent Ravi Bishnoi’s googly out of the M Chinnaswamy ground in Bangalore. Faf going back played a magnificent pull shot, ball got the elevation towards deep midwicket where it landed on the roof of the ground. That shot reached a distance of 115 meters, making that the longest six in the IPL 2023 so far. That shot would have been out of the park in almost every ground.

Maxwell also used the wicket nicely to hit 3 fours and 6 sixes.
After a setback against Kolkata Knight Riders, RCB’s batting has made a bold statement against Lucknow. With the help of the top 3 batters, RCB set a target of 213 runs for Lucknow.
