India defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in match 6 of Asia Cup 2025.

Indian Cricket Team thrashed Pakistan Cricket Team by seven wickets in match six of the ongoing Asia Cup 2025. The game between the two arch-rivals took place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Sunday (14th September). 

India dominated the game right from the start as after being asked to field, they came up with a stellar effort with the ball. They restricted the opposition to a total of 127 runs with Shaibzada Farhan (40) and Shaheen Afridi (33*) being the top run-getters. With Shaheen being the second-highest scorer, this in itself reveals the poor batting show by Pakistan.

Kuldeep Yadav was the star with the ball as he bagged three wickets, while Axar Patel and Jasprit Bumrah took two each. Pakistan batters failed to read the spinners as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals to put themselves in trouble. 

In the chase, Abhishek Sharma (31) starred at the top, hitting bowlers all over the park. After he got out, skipper Suryakumar Yadav (47*) took the onus on himself. He got the support of Tilak Varma (31) as the duo added 56 runs together to outplay the opposition. 

Shivam Dube (10*) also played a vital hand as India chased the target with seven wickets in hand. The win also virtually ensured them a place in the Super Four stage, and they would be keen to carry on their form and win the tournament.
