India's tour of West Indies 2023
Fans react to Ajinkya Rahane’s flop show against WI in 1st innings of second test

Ajinkya Rahane managed to score 8 off 35 deliveries before being castled by Shannon Gabriel on 36th delivery.
Ajinkya Rahane is experiencing a disappointing comeback to his role as vice-captain in both Test matches against the West Indies. In the first Test, Rahane batted at No. 5 and could only manage to score 11 runs in the first innings. Similarly, in the second Test, during the first innings, he once again struggled and could only add 8 runs to his name.
As a vice-captain and an experienced player, there were higher hopes for Ajinkya Rahane to make significant contributions to the team's batting lineup. However, his recent performances after impressive performance in the WTC final against Australia have not lived up to those expectations, leading to concerns about his form and impact on the team's overall performance.
India 182/4 at Tea
In the first session, Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal looked composed. But in the second session, India lost wickets, including Yashasvi, Rohit and Gill, with West Indies on top. Kohli got off to a slow start, and Rahane fell in the last ball of the session. India after the end of second session are 182/4.
