Top 4 batters with fastest centuries in ICC Women's Cricket World Cup knockouts

The record for the fastest century in ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup knockouts is held by an Australian batter.

Hitting a century in WODI cricket is a big achievement for any batter, however, smacking it in a crucial game of an ICC tournament is a huge feat. Over the years, many batters have hammered centuries in ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup. However, only a few of them rose to the occasion and delivered a match-winning performance in a knockout game of ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup.

If we look at the fastest centuries in Women’s ODIs, Australia’s Meg Lanning holds the record off 45 balls, which she registered in a clash against New Zealand Women in 2012. The next batter on the list is India’s Smriti Mandhana with her ton off 50 deliveries in an encounter against Australia Women.

In ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup history, only a few batters own the record for hitting a century in knockout games. A few of them reached the three-digit mark at a high strike rate, playing memorable innings of their careers. On that note, below are the top four batters with the fastest centuries in knockout games of ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup history.
