Haryana’s Yashvardhan Dalal takes the fifth spot on this list with his unbeaten century in the clash against Saurashtra in VHT 2025-26.
Smacking unbeaten 164 runs off 135 deliveries with 20 boundaries and five sixes, he drove his team to victory by six wickets. The encounter took place on December 26 at KSCA Cricket Ground 2 in Alur.
4. Dega Nischal- 182 (Nagaland vs Mizoram)
Nagaland is part of the Plate group in Vijay Hazare Trophy. In the clash against Mizoram on December 29 in Ranchi, Nagaland batsman Dega Nischal scored a magnificent century, leading his team to a massive 177-run victory.
The 31-year-old hammered 182 runs off 130 deliveries with 23 fours and three sixes, driving the scoreboard to a mammoth total of 399/4 in the first innings.
3. Vaibhav Suryavanshi- 190 (Bihar vs Arunachal)

India’s young sensation, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, is representing Bihar in the VHT 2025-26. In Bihar’s opening clash against Arunachal Pradesh, Suryavanshi rocked the field with his 190 runs off just 84 deliveries.
At a strike rate of over 226, the opening batsman stormed 16 boundaries and 15 sixes, driving Bihar to the highest-ever total in the tournament’s history (574/6).
2. Aman Rao- 200* (Hyderabad vs Bengal)
Hyderabad opener Aman Rao smashed a stunning double ton in a clash against Bengal on January 6 in Rajkot. With his unbeaten 200 runs off just 154 deliveries, the right-handed batsman dominated Bengal bowlers with his batting heroics.
With the help of 12 fours and 13 sixes, he led Hyderabad to a gigantic total of 352/5 in the first innings. Later, Hyderabad also won the clash by 107 runs.
1. Swasik Samal- 212 (Odisha vs Saurashtra)
Odisha opener Swasik Samal steals the top spot on this list with his 212 runs off 169 balls in the opening clash against Saurashtra.
The right-handed batter outplayed the opposition with his batting might, hitting 21 fours and 8 sixes to register the first double ton of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26. However, his efforts went in vain as Saurashtra later chased down the 346-run target by five wickets.
