ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Australia full schedule, fixtures, venues, dates and timings

Australia are placed in Group B of ICC Champions Trophy 2025 with England, South Africa and Afghanistan.

On Tuesday, December 24, 2024, the International Cricket Council (ICC) revealed the fixtures and schedule for the ICC Champions Trophy (CT) 2025. The tournament will begin on February 19 in Karachi and end on March 9 in Lahore (the final will be held in Dubai if India qualify).

The event will see eight teams separated into two groups: Group A and Group B. The ninth edition of the competition will take place across Pakistan and Dubai, with a total of 15 matches. Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Karachi will host three group matches apiece. Lahore will host the second semi-final and final (if India don’t qualify).

Meanwhile, Australia, the two-time Champions Trophy winners, have been placed in Group B alongside arch-rivals England, South Africa, and Afghanistan. Group A consists of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand.

Australia ICC Champions Trophy 2025 schedule:  

Australia will begin their ICC CT 2025 campaign against England on Feb 22 in Lahore. Australia’s second game of Group B will be against South Africa on Feb 25 in Rawalpindi, while their last group game will be against Afghanistan in Lahore on February 28.

The semi-finals of the tournament will be played on March 4 and 5 followed by the final on March 9.

Feb 22: Australia v England, Lahore

In which venues will Australia play their matches at the ICC Champions Trophy 2025?

Australia will play all of their Group B matches at only two venues. They will face England and Afghanistan in Lahore and South Africa in Rawalpindi.
