In the 29th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, India took on defending champions England at Lucknow. England won the toss and chose to field first against India. India's batting got off to a shaky start, losing early wickets, but their captain, Rohit Sharma, took on the responsibility and played a remarkable innings, scoring 87 runs from 101 balls.
