The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will take place from October 3 to October 20 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Dubai and Sharjah will host the ninth edition of the Women’s T20 World Cup. Bangladesh will take on Scotland in the opening fixture of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.

A total of 10 teams will play 23 matches across the two venues in the UAE, the Dubai International Cricket Stadium and the Sharjah Cricket Stadium. The 10 teams have been divided into two groups named Group A and B. 

Group A includes Australia, Pakistan, New Zealand, India, and Sri Lanka. Group B comprises of Bangladesh, England, South Africa, West Indies, and Scotland.

Each participating team will play four group stage matches. The top two teams in their respective groups will move to the semi-finals. The winners of the semis will fight for the prestigious title.
