Iceland Cricket trolls Pakistan team director Mohammad Hafeez after he misses flight to Sydney for third Test

Iceland Cricket took a dig on Pakistan team director Mohammad Hafeez.
Pakistan cricket team director Mohammad Hafeez missed his flight to Sydney for Pakistan’s final test match against Australia. Australia have an unassailable 2-0 lead following their second consecutive victory in the three-match test series against Pakistan,
According to Geo News, Hafeez was traveling with his wife and was meant to join Pakistan team in Sydney, but he missed the flight. The former Pakistani player arrived late at the airport, and the officials refused to let him and his wife board the plane. Hours later, Hafeez and his wife boarded another flight to Sydney.
Iceland Cricket to took a jibe at Hafeez for being late to the airport.
“All that talent, and now even the Aussie airlines are out to get him!” it wrote.
Shaheen Afridi rested, Imam Ul Haq dropped for the third test in SCG
Pakistan team have decided to rest Shaheen Afridi for the third and final test against Australia, to be played in Sydney from January 3. Afridi, who is set to lead Pakistani team in T20Is for the first time in New Zealand, has been supposedly rested to maintain his workload.
Also, opener Imam Ul Haq was missing from the playing XI, as Pakistan have called in 21-year-old Saim Ayub in his place. Saim, who made his debut in T20Is in March of last year, will join the team after putting up strong List A results for Karachi. He’s never played a test match before. During his eight T20I matches so far, he has scored 123 runs at an average of 17.57.
This test match is the final one of David Warner’s career, who had earlier also announced his retirement.
