It is a golden chance for Suryakumar Yadav to win the series.

India will lock horns with Australia in the third game on Tuesday at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati, and will look to win it to win the series as well. Hence, here we will talk about the predicted playing XI for India for the third game against Australia on Tuesday.

After a diamond duck in the first game, Ruturaj Gaikwad looked good in Thiruvananthapuram and struck his third T20I fifty. He played a perfect anchor role and didn’t let the wicket fall. He made 58 off 43 and will be high on confidence to deliver yet another good performance. Notably, it will be his last game as vice-captain because Shreyas Iyer will come for last two matches.

2. Yashasvi Jaiswal :

Yashasvi Jaiswal has shown a great deal of batsmanship in the first two games. Though he got out playing a big shot in both matches, he is coming off a 24-ball fifty. The left-hander looked unstoppable in the second game and will not change his approach for the coming game. Hence, he will be a dangerous batter at the top.

Two matches, two half-centuries: Ishan Kishan has ticked all the boxes so far, and being the experienced player in this line-up, he has taken the responsibility and done well. The left-hander will be eyeing yet another impactful innings, and his batting against the spin makes him a dangerous batter in the middle overs.

Tilak Varma is yet another talented youngster in this lot that has been impressive in his little career so far. He is a great middle-order batter and plays well against both spin and pace. The left-hander hasn’t been tested yet, but he can also deliver in a pressure situation. And if given a chance, he can be a handy spinner.

You can’t keep this man away from the game. Whether he plays 5 balls or 10 balls, he will make an impact, as he has done in the first two games. Axar Patel was the most economical bowler on either side in the last game. He bowled four overs for 1/25 and dismissed the dangerous Glenn Maxwell, which pushed Australia out of the chase. Axar can make an impact with both the bat and the ball, which is why he is a very key player in this lineup for India.

After going for plenty in the first game, Ravi Bishnoi bounced back incredible well in Thiruvananthapuram. He ended up taking 3/32 in the game, where Australia also scored almost 200 runs. Bishnoi was pretty smart with his length and didn’t give room to hit the ball. He will be the exciting bowler to watch out for in the coming game.

9. Arshdeep Singh :

Arshdeep Singh was taken for cleaners by Australians, but he is more than a good bowler for India in this format. The left-arm pacer is a wicket-taker up front with the new ball and can swing it a long way. He will be a possible threat in the powerplay who can remove some early wickets to put Australia under pressure.

10. Mukesh Kumar :

Mukesh Kumar had an off day in the second game and took 1/43, but he is a better bowler than that. The tall pacer is known for bowling brilliant yorkers. He is expected to get another chance and will be looking to bounce back well. Mukesh will be keen to add some more wickets to his tally.

11. Prasidh Krishna :

Prasidh Krishna was the pick of the bowlers for India in the second game. He had a bad game in the first T20I and then took 3/43 in the second match and took some important wickets. He will look to make an impact because he is in the scheme of things for India for the longer run.
