The fourth IND vs AUS T20I will be played on November 6 at the Carrara Oval, Queensland.
Indian Cricket Team and Australian Cricket Team will battle in the fourth T20I on November 6 (Thursday) at the Carrara Oval, Queensland. The series is currently tied 1-1 after first three games and both teams have looked equally good so far in the five-match series.
The opening game at the Manuka Oval in Canberra was washed out due to rain after about 10 overs of India’s batting. In the second T20I, the Mitchell Marsh & Co. outplayed the visitors by four wickets, chasing down a 126-run target like a walk in the park. The Suryakumar Yadav-led side made a strong comeback in the third game, clinching a victory by five wickets by chasing a 187-run target.
Ahead of the fourth T20I, Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav has been released from the squad to play for India A against South Africa A in the unofficial test series. Moreover, it remains to be seen if all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy will be part of the next game. He was ruled out of the first three games due to a quadriceps injury. The Men in Blue are expected to go ahead with the same playing XI like the last game following their victory.

On the other hand, Australia will miss the services of Sean Abbott and Travis Head as the duo have left the squad to play in Sheffield Shield 2025-26. In Head’s absence, Matthew Short could open the batting with Marsh in the game.
Glenn Maxwell, who joined the squad ahead of the third game, is highly likely to be added to the playing XI. The all-rounder was not part of the team in the previous game, however, Marsh revealed that Maxwell is fit to play during the post-match presentation.
Both teams opted to bowl first after winning the toss so far in the T20I series, which seems like the preferred strategy for both captains.
