India will host England in the third ODI of the three-match series at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad, on February 12.
With an unassailable 2-0 lead, India will look to give chances to players who haven’t played in the series yet, including Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar, and Arshdeep Singh.
The Men in Blue have outplayed England in all three departments so far, winning both ODIs by four wickets. Ravindra Jadeja has been India’s top wicket-taker with six wickets, while Shubman Gill has hit fifties in both ODIs.
The hosts will aim for a clean sweep to boost their confidence before heading to Dubai for the ICC Champions Trophy, starting on February 19.

India have played a total of five ODI matches at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. Out of these, they won four, and lost only once.
India played their first ODI match at Narendra Modi Stadium on February 6, 2022, against West Indies and won by six wickets.
Due to COVID protocols, all three matches of the series were played at the same venue. India won the second and third games by 44 and 96 runs, respectively.
Their next win at the venue came against arch-rivals Pakistan in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 league stage game, where they secured a dominant seven-wicket victory.
India suffered their first ODI loss at the Narendra Modi Stadium in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final against Australia in November. Travis Head was named Player of the Match for his match-winning 137-run knock which guided Australia to their sixth ODI World Cup title.
