IND vs ENG 2025: Most runs, most wickets after 3rd T20I, Rajkot

England won the IND vs ENG 3rd T20I in Rajkot by 26 runs.

On Tuesday, England cruised to a 26-run victory over India in the third T20I in Rajkot to register their first win in the ongoing five-match T20I series.

After being sent to bat first, England got off to a good start, with Ben Duckett and Jos Buttler adding 76 runs for the second wicket. However, the visitors lost momentum in the middle overs, losing six wickets for just 32 runs, leaving them at 115/6 after 14 overs.

Opener Ben Duckett was England’s top scorer with 51 runs off 28 balls, while Liam Livingstone contributed with a solid 43, helping England set a total of 171 in their first innings.

Indian spinners stole the show, picking up seven wickets collectively. Varun Chakravarthy stood out with a five wicket-haul, while Ravi Bishnoi and Axar Patel took one wicket each.

In the chase, India lost wickets at regular intervals. The hosts lost three wickets in the powerplay and were then reduced to 85/5. Adil Rashid starred for England taking one wicket for just 15 runs in his four-over spell.

Hardik Pandya top-scored for India with 40 off 35 balls, keeping India’s hopes alive, but the visitors were clinical to seal the game by 26 runs.

IND vs ENG: Most runs

England skipper Jos Buttler has maintained his position as top run-scorer of the series with 137 runs. Following Buttler with 115 runs is Indian opener Abhishek Sharma.

Despite a rare failure, Tilak Varma is firmly placed at the third spot with 109 runs. Ben Duckett and Sanju Samson round the list with 58 and 56 runs respectively.
