IND vs ENG: Day 3 weather forecast for 5th test, The Oval, London

The first two days of the 5th IND vs ENG test were interrupted by rain a few times.
The fifth and final test between England and India is underway at The Oval, London. The first two days of the game has seen rain interruptions multiple times. The hosts, led by Ollie Pope, won the toss and opted to bowl first in the encounter.
Unlike the previous games, India failed to put up a huge total on the scoreboard in the first innings. Karun Nair (57) was the only Indian batter to score a half-century while, Sai Sudharsan added crucial 38 runs as India managed 224 runs.
For England, Gus Atkinson picked a five-wicket haul while Josh Tongue clinched three scalps. Later, England openers Zak Crawley (64) and Ben Duckett (43) gave a good with the bat, etching an opening stand of 92 runs.
However, India bowlers made a good comeback later, bowling out England for 247 runs on day 2. Prasidh Krishna and Mohammed Siraj led India’s pace attack and picked four wickets each.

Day 3 weather forecast for 5th test, The Oval, London
As per weather.com, the temperature of London city on Saturday, August 2, is likely to be 23° C during the day and 14° C at night. The sky will be cloudy in the morning but will be clear as the day progresses.
With precipitation of 4% during the day, The Oval test is very less likely to be affected by rain on third day. The humidity is expected to be around 54% during the day and 63% in the evening.
Meanwhile, India trail 1-2 in the five-match series and need to win the final test to end the series in a draw. Jasprit Bumrah, Anshul Kamboj, Shardul Thakur and Rishabh Pant were replaced by Akash Deep, Prasidh Krishna, Karun Nair and Dhruv Jurel in India’s playing XI for the game. On the other hand, England are short of their skipper Ben Stokes as he was ruled out of the match due to a shoulder injury.
The hosts also brought in Jacob Bethell, Jamie Overton, Gus Atkinson and Josh Tongue in place of Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, Liam Dawson, and Brydon Carse.
