Kuldeep Yadav achieved the milestone of picking up 50 or more wickets in Test cricket.
Indian bowler Kuldeep Yadav broke the back of England’s batting lineup with his sharp bowling on day one of the fifth test match at the HPCA stadium in Dharamshala on Thursday. The wily Chinaman, Yadav, took a five-wicket haul in the first innings and helped India start on a dominating note in the Dharamshala test.
England have struggled, particularly against Kuldeep, as they have failed to pick the Chinaman. Barring Zak Crawley, none of the others could handle the spin and guile of the 29-year-old from Kanpur.
Here’s how twitter reacted to Kuldeep Yadav’s stunning spell against England:
Kuldeep sent back Zak Crawley (79), Ben Duckett (27), Ollie Pope (11), Joe Root (26) and Ben Stokes (0) to complete his fourth five-for in Test cricket. The Kanpur-born-cricketer also completed 50 test wickets in the process.
