India set to play West Indies in two T20Is in Florida

Just like last year, India will play 2 T20Is against West Indies in the USA this July.
India will feature in two of the five scheduled T20Is against the West Indies at the Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium, Lauderhill, Florida. Like last year, West Indies will host India in a 5-match T20I series, of which two games will take place in Florida.
India are set to tour West Indies for two Tests, three ODIs, and five T20Is in July-August. As per the report by Cricbuzz, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Cricket West Indies (CWI) agreed upon during recent ICC meetings in Dubai.
A CWI member said "That is the plan. Unless there is an unavoidable situation, the two extra games will be played in Florida, like last year." CWI has full control over the game, with minimal involvement from USA Cricket, the premier cricket governing body in the United States.
The last time around due to some visa issues, the tour was in jeopardy. It was the efforts of the President of Guyana that saw through that crisis and made the matches possible on the shores of the USA.
India and West Indies set to engage in a 10-match series
India will participate in a 10-match series against West Indies which starts with two test matches, followed by three ODIs and then five T20Is. The last time India toured Florida for two T20Is, Team India won on both occasions. India scored monumental runs for the West Indies to chase it. The Indian bowlers were up for the task as Avesh Khan was named the Man of the Match in the first game while Axar Patel got rewarded in the second game for his bowling figures of 3-1-15-3. The batting unit worked cohesively in both games in Florida with Shreyas Iyer the only Indian batter to score a half-century. The Men in Blue will once again look to dominate in the series.
Out of the six matches India have played in the USA - all against West Indies, they have been defeated only once back in 2016. Since then, India have not lost a T20I match here. With two more T20Is in the equation, India will hope for a nice time out here.
