India vs Australia ODI series 2023 will start on 22nd September at PCA stadium in Mohali.
Just before the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 begins on October 5, two of the top contenders of winning the crown, India and Australia will clash in a series of three ODIs starting from September 22. This series will be the final preparation for both teams.
Australia are coming off a 3-2 series loss against South Africa, while India are coming off a confidence-boosting Asia Cup 2023 win where they defeated Pakistan, and Sri Lanka in one-sided affairs.
India will meet the five-time world champions Australia after a four-day break in an effort to finalize their World Cup lineups.
In contrast, Australia's injured trio of Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, and Steve Smith will play again against India after sitting out against South Africa due to respective injuries. Also expected to be ready to perform is Glenn Maxwell.
