Young prodigy, Shafali Verma excelled in her class XII CBSE board exam.

Indian cricket sensation Shafali Verma took to social media sharing her mark sheet of the recently announced 12th Board exams results. Proud of her results, the Indian dasher shared her results on Instagram on May 13. She expressed her happiness with the outcome and added that her focus now is solely on cricket.

She took to her Instagram and wrote: “2023 mei ek aur bohot special 80+ smash kiya, but iss baar 12th boards mei! I am very happy with my results and can’t wait to give my all to my favourite subject – cricket!.”

The youngest-ever to play T20I cricket for India, Shafali has impressed everyone in her very young career. Known for her attacking mode of batting, Shafali has become a regular stay in the Indian Cricket Team at the age of only 19 years. One of the most touted players in Women's cricket, Shafali is a future star to watch out for.

In the inaugural Women's U-19 T20 World Cup earlier this year, she made history by becoming the first captain to win the tournament. Further, Shafali also impressed one and all in the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) leading Delhi Capitals (DC), to the finals of the tournament.

Rising through the ranks, Shafali Verma was always admired for her fearless display of game which even earned her the higher ranks in the Indian Cricket. Having made her debut in 2019, in a short span of four years, Shafali Verma always manages to keep herself in the headlines with her performances.

Shafali, who hails from Haryana, made her international debut in 2019 and has so far represented Team India in 79 international matches. Safe to say, Shafali Verma is one of the upcoming stars of the game and has a bright future ahead of herself. In years to come, it is expected that Shafali Verma will realise her true potential and entertain her fans with her batting style.
