List of all Indian players sold in Women's Hundred Auction 2026

Four Indian stars will be featuring in The Women’s Hundred 2026.
The first-ever The Hundred women’s auction was held in London on March 11. Some unexpected names fetched high prices, while some big names went unsold in the auction. After five hours and multiple rounds, the squads of all teams were filled, and the auction ended.
The day’s highest earners were Beth Mooney and Sophie Devine. Both were signed for €210,000 by Trent Rockets and Welsh Fire, respectively. Several Indian players also participated in the auction. However, the most shocking part was that some of them attracted no bids, while those that were signed were bought for relatively low amounts.
Before the auction, Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues were already signed by their respective teams and were not part of it. Smriti started her journey with Southern Braves in the inaugural season of the Women’s Hundred Tournament and has scored over 650 runs in 29 matches so far.
She was now pre-signed by Manchester Super Giants ahead of the 2026 season, and she will be seen playing for a different team than Southern Brave for the first time.
On the other hand, Southern Brave replaced her with another Indian batting star, Jemimah Rodrigues. Rodrigues has played 18 matches for Northern Superchargers across three editions of The Hundred, between 2021 and 2023, and scored 453 runs with a brilliant strike rate of 137.68
Now, let’s have a look at the list of all Indian players who were sold in the Women’s Hundred Auction 2026.

Richa Ghosh – €50,000 (Manchester Super Giants)
Richa Ghosh has joined Manchester Super Giants for €50,000. The Super Giants opened the bidding for her and received no competition, acquiring her for the base price. She will be seen joining her Indian team and Royal Challengers Bengaluru teammate Smriti Mandhana.
Earlier this year, they lifted the trophy together for Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and they also won the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup together last year.
Deepti Sharma – €27,500 (Sunrisers Leeds)
Deepti Sharma was the first Indian player to be sold in the Women’s Hundred 2026 auction. She has joined Sunrisers Leeds for €27,500, which was her base price.
Deepti has previously played for the London Spirit women and played a key role for them. She brings experience and all-round ability to the team, which will be valuable for them.
The most shocking part, however, was that some Indian stars attracted no bids at all. It included players from the current World Cup-winning squad, such as Shefali Verma, Radha Yadav, Sree Charani, Arundhati Reddy, and many more.
The Hundred now has most teams with Indian stakeholders, and fans expected them to recruit some other Indian stars, but they have shown little interest.
