IPL 2024: Remaining purse value of all 10 teams ahead of the auction

Royal Challengers Bangalore have the highest purse value going into the IPL 2024 auction.
All 10 Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises have announced their final release and retained players list for the upcoming Indian Premier League season. The IPL mini-auction is scheduled to take place on 19th December and will be held in Dubai. This is for the first time in the history of the IPL, the auction will take place outside India. Teams will enter with a heavy amount of money in the auction and a lot of great options will be available for grabs.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have the highest amount of money remaining in their purse and they will be looking to buy a few decent players for the upcoming season. All the teams have now been allotted 100 crore rupees to go before the auction as it has seen a 5 crore increase from the previous season. RCB are currently left with 40.75 crore rupees after releasing a few big names like Wanindu Hasaranga, Harshal Patel and Josh Hazlewood.
Kolkata Knight Riders have released the most number of players from the squad as they have let go 12 players from their squad. Hardik Pandya has been retained by Gujarat Titans ending all the speculations around him joining back his old franchise, Mumbai Indians. Punjab Kings have decided to go with the previous core group and didn’t make many changes and have released only 5 players. SRH have 34 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
3. Kolkata Knight Riders
KKR have 32.70 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
4. Chennai Super Kings
CSK have 31.40 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
5. Punjab Kings
PBKS have 29.10 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
6. Delhi Capitals
DC have 28.95 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
7. Mumbai Indians
MI have 15.25 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
8. Rajasthan Royals
RR have 14.50 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
9. Lucknow Super Giants
LSG have 13.90 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
10. Gujarat Titans
GT have 13.85 crore rupees left from their purse of 100 crores.
