IPL 2025 suspended: Top 5 batsmen with most sixes so far in the tournament

Five batsmen have slammed more than 25 sixes each in IPL 2025 so far.
The 18th edition of India Premier League (IPL), IPL 2025, has been disrupted midway after 57 games. The tournament has been suspended by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) due to security reasons, but is expected to resume within this month.
IPL 2025 witnessed many games with 200-plus totals on the scoreboard. Also, four batsmen have slammed centuries so far this season. Abhishek Sharma, Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Priyansh Arya, and Ishan Kishan reached the three-figure mark with the bat to grab the praises of IPL fans. Rajasthan Royals (RR) opener Suryavanshi, who is 14 years old, also scripted the record for the youngest batter to smack a ton in the IPL history.
In every game of IPL 2025, the batsman who hit most sixes win the Super Sixes award in the end. Vaibhav Suryavanshi (11) and Abhishek Sharma (10) have slammed the most number of sixes in a single innings. However, neither of them is among the top five batters with most sixes this season.
If we glance at the batters with the most sixes so far in the tournament, five of them account for more than 25 maximums. On that note, let’s look at the top five batsmen with most sixes so far in IPL 2025.

5. Riyan Parag (RR) – 26
Riyan Parag occupies the fifth spot on this list with 26 sixes in his kitty so far in IPL 2025. Parag, who led RR in most of the games in Sanju Samson’s absence, also slammed six consecutive sixes in a clash against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Out of his six sixes, he slammed spinner Moeen Ali for six sixes in a single over. He scored a total of eight sixes in that game, the most than his any other innings.
4. Suryakumar Yadav (MI) – 26
Mumbai Indians (MI) stalwart Suryakumar Yadav holds the fourth place in this list with an equal 26 sixes. He is also among the top five highest run-scorers in IPL 2025. His most sixes in an innings (5) came against CSK in their home encounter.
3. Shreyas Iyer (PBKS) – 27

Punjab Kings (PBKS) skipper Shreyas Iyer has been one of the dominating batsmen this season. He clinches the third position in the list with 27 sixes so far in IPL 2025. During PBKS’ first match of the season against Gujarat Titans (GT), the PBKS captain slammed nine sixes during his unbeaten knock of 97.
At a batting strike rate of 180.80, the right-handed batsman has emerged as a nightmare for opposition bowlers this season.
2. Priyansh Arya (PBKS)- 28
Priyansh Arya made his tournament debut in IPL 2025. The PBKS opener has slammed 28 sixes so far in the league. During his century against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the 22nd match of the tournament, the left-handed batsman stormed nine sixes. He has helped PBKS to get quick starts in many games with his explosive batting style.
1. Nicholas Pooran (LSG)- 34

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batsman Nicholas Pooran steals the top spot on this list with a total of 34 sixes so far in IPL 2025. The left-handed batsman also has the best batting strike rate of 200.98 in the league so far.
During his top knock of unbeaten 87 runs in a clash against KKR, the West Indies stalwart slammed eight sixes. He also owned the Orange Cap early in the season, but has been out of form since then. Given his stature as a batter, he would bounce back soon.
