Angkrish Raghuvanshi scored 163 runs for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2024.

Angkrish Raghuvanshi is a tall right-handed top-order batsman who made headlines in 2022, emerging as India’s leading run-scorer in their victorious 2022 Under-19 World Cup campaign.

Raghuvanshi made his Indian Premier League (IPL) debut in 2024, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Raghuvanshi’s ability to accumulate quick runs in the middle order makes him a valuable asset in the shortest format.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have bought back Angkrish Raghuvanshi for INR 3 crores on the first day of the IPL 2025 mega auction. Only KKR and CSK showed display in the young Indian middle-order batsman. CSK eventually took the exit giving away the player to the IPL 2024 champions.

Angkrish will add much-needed to KKR’s batting lineup. Raghuvanshi is a versatile player capable of playing the role of anchor as well as aggressor. He will partner Venkatesh Iyer in the KKR’s batting lineup.
