IPL 2025 mega auction: List of all players bought by SRH on day 1

SRH bought Ishan Kishan for INR 11.25 crores in the IPL 2025 mega auction.

The runners-up of last season, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), didn’t make a big purchase this time, and instead made a couple of hefty signings in Mohammed Shami and Ishan Kishan.

SRH bought Shami for INR 10 crores to lead their pace attack alongside Pat Cummins. Kishan was roped in by SRH for INR 11.25 crores, their most expensive pick on day 1 of the auction. Kishan’s inclusion has added more power to the already powerful SRH line-up.

SRH added two leg-spinners to their squad – Adam Zampa and Rahul Chahar – and they also bought power-hitter Abhinav Manohar.

They had entered the mega auction with INR 45 crores in their purse after having retained five players. Heinrich Klaasen was the most expensive retention among the 10 teams, retained at INR 23 crores, while skipper Pat Cummins was retained for INR 18 crores.
