IPL 2025: Points table, most runs, most wickets after match 47, RR vs GT

RR defeated GT by eight wickets in 47th match of IPL 2025.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) hosted Gujarat Titans (GT) in match No. 47 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The encounter took place at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. RR won the match by eight wickets. 14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi helped the side to win the game with his amazing century, which came off just 35 balls.

In the first innings, GT piled up a powerful total of 209/4 in the match. Gill and Jos Buttler slammed half-centuries for the side. However, GT went short of few more runs on the scoreboard as RR won the match like a walk in the park within 16 overs. Openers Vaibhav Suryavanshi (101 off 38) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (70 off 40) did the job for the hosts.

IPL 2025: Updated points table

After match 47 of IPL 2025, RR have the eighth spot in the updated points table. They have six points and Net Run Rate (NNR) of -0.349. On the other hand, GT have dropped to third position. They have 12 points and NRR of +0.748.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) steal the first and second spots respectively with 14 and 12 points. DC take the fourth spot with 12 points. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lie at bottom of the table with four points.

IPL 2025: Most runs (Orange Cap)

RR batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has entered the list of top five highest run-scorers this season after his half-century in the match. He takes the fourth spot in the updated list. Jos Buttler scored a fifty in the match and now takes the fifth spot. Sai Sudharsan has moved back to the top spot replacing Virat Kohli. The latter has moved to the second spot. Suryakumar Yadav holds the fifth spot.

1. Sai Sudharsan (GT) – 456 runs

2. Virat Kohli (RCB) – 443 runs

3. Suryakumar Yadav (MI) – 427 runs

4. Yashasvi Jaiswal (RR) – 417 runs

IPL 2025: Most wickets (Purple Cap)

GT pacer Prasidh Krishna, who picked one wicket in the match, now has 17 wickets and is positioned second in the Purple Cap leaderboard. Josh Hazlewood still leads the chart with 18 wickets to his name. No RR bowlers are part of the list. Noor Ahmad, Trent Boult, and Krunal Pandya are other members among the top five highest wicket-takers in IPL 2025 as of now.
