IPL 2025: Points table, most runs, most wickets after match 62, CSK vs RR

RR defeated CSK by six wickets in match 62 of IPL 2025.
Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locked horns in match No. 62 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Tuesday, May 20. The encounter took place at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. RR had a target of 188 runs in the match.
RR won the match by six wickets like a walk in the park. RR openers Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Yashasvi Jaiswal smacked good knocks of 57 runs and 36 runs respectively. Earlier, RR skipper Sanju Samson won the toss and opted to field first in the match.
CSK opener Ayush Mhatre slammed a decent knock of 43 runs. They lost a few batters in the middle cheaply. Later, middle-order batters Dewald Brevis (42) and Shivam Dube (39) powered the scoreboard to 187/8. Yudhvir Singh and Akash Madhwal picked three-wicket hauls for RR.
IPL 2025: Updated points table

After the 62nd match of IPL 2025, RR occupy the ninth spot in the points table. They have eight points and Net Run Rate (NRR) of -0.549. On the other hand, CSK languish at the last spot in the points table. They have six points and NRR of -1.030.
Gujarat Titans (GT) grab the top spot in the points table with 18 points. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) follow them in the second spot with 17 points. Punjab Kings (PBKS) take the third spot with 17 points. All of them have qualified for the playoffs.
IPL 2025: Most runs (Orange Cap)
There are no changes in the list of top five highest run-getters after the 62nd match of IPL 2025. Sai Sudharsan and Shubman Gill take the top two spots with 617 runs and 601 runs respectively. RR opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored 36 runs in the match, continues to stay at the third spot with 559 runs. Suryakumar Yadav (510) and Virat Kohli (505) take the fourth and fifth spots respectively in Orange Cap leaderboard.

There are no changes in the list of top five wicket-takers after the match. Prasidh Krishna takes the top spot with 21 wickets, followed by Noor Ahmad with 20 scalps. Ahmad is the only CSK bowler in the list. Josh Hazlewood and Trent Boult grab the third and fourth spots respectively with 18 wickets each. Varun Chakravarthy stays in the fifth spot with 17 wickets.
