RR defeated PBKS by 50 runs in match 18 of IPL 2025.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) grabbed a spectacular victory by 50 runs against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in match 18 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Shreyas Iyer-led PBKS failed to chase down a mammoth 206-run target in the game.

Nehal Wadhera (62) slammed a half-century, and Glenn Maxwell added 30 off 21. However, that wasn’t enough for the hosts as they fell short of 50 runs.

For the visitors, Jofra Archer was the pick of bowlers with three wickets, followed by Sandeep Sharma and Maheesh Theekshana, who took two wickets each. Earlier in the game, Yashasvi Jaiswal (67) powered RR to a huge total of 205/4 in the first innings. Sanju Samson, who returned to the game as RR skipper, added 38 runs. Riyan Parag (43* off 25) slammed crucial runs while batting at No. 3.
