Virat Kohli has achieved this feat in 252 innings.

Indian veteran batsman Virat Kohli has added another feather to his cap by scoring a half-century in the 37th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. The right-handed batsman now has the most fifty-plus scores in IPL. He has displaced David Warner from the top spot.

The RCB opener reached the milestone after his unbeaten half-century during the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs Punjab Kings (PBKS) match on Sunday, April 20.

Kohli now has 67 fifty-plus scores in IPL. Out of these, there are 59 half-centuries and 8 centuries. He has leapfrogged Australia stalwart Warner for the record, who has 66 fifty-plus knocks in the tournament. Kohli has reached the milestone in 252 innings. The next three members on the list are Shikhar Dhawan (53), Rohit Sharma (45), and KL Rahul (43). However, they are quite far away from Kohli’s record.
