Jasprit Bumrah turned left-arm in India's net session in Lucknow ahead of England clash on Sunday.

India have been superb in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 and have emerged victorious in every game that they have played. They are at the top of the table with ten points and need one more win to make it to the semi-finals. The hosts will play their next game on Sunday at the Ekana Stadium against the defending champions, England, who are looking out of sorts.

India won their last game against New Zealand on Sunday and had a two-day break. Meanwhile, now India have reached Lucknow and have started net practice. They had an optional practice session on Thursday, where almost every player participated. However, the Indian players had a totally different training session where batters did bowling practice and bowlers bowled from the other arm.

Virat Kohli did some bowling practice and bowled to Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill. Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav tried right-arm spin bowling, which is totally opposite to what they do. Gill and Suryakumar Yadav also had some bowling practice on the nets. However, Jaspirt Bumrah, who has been exceptional so far, tried his hand in spin and bowled some overs.

He also did some batting practice with Rohit and Gill. Jasprit Bumrah batted against Ravi Ashwin and other local net bowlers. Mohammed Siraj also did batting practice. The video was shared by the BCCI on their social media handle. Speaking of the upcoming game, India are favorites and England's form has been declining as they have lost four games already.

England lost to Afghanistan and Sri Lanka and are on the verge of elimination. But it will not be easy to write them off. They are the defending champions and can bounce back. India are looking pretty good at the moment. If India can win the game, they will inch closer to the semi-finals.
