Earlier Javed Miandad had said that India can go to hell, after BCCI refused to send the Indian team to Pakistan for Asia Cup 2023.

Javed Miandad, the legendary Pakistani batter has once again opened his mouth and spewed bizarre facts when asked about BCCI’s refusal to send the Indian team to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023 which is to be played in the neighboring nation in September.

The BCCI and PCB's back-and-forth position on the Asia Cup 2023 venue issue has not made things any simpler. Earlier, the PCB vowed to boycott the World Cup, but it has since softened. Another rumor that said Pakistan could want to play their World Cup games in Kolkata and Chennai surfaced on Tuesday.

It all began when BCCI, back in October 2022, announced that Indian team will not travel to Pakistan for the ACC tournament, which led to then Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Ramiz Raja to threaten that if that happened, Pakistan will boycott the ICC World Cup 2023 which is to be played in India in October- November this year.

Zindagi aur maut toh allah ke haath mein hai - Javed Miandad on India refusing to tour Pakistan citing security concerns.

Najam Sethi, who succeeded Raja as PCB chief, continued on the same stance of insisting India tours Pakistan for the tournament. However, it also suggested hybrid model in which tournament is likely to stick to its original venue of Pakistan, in the case of which India will most probably play their matches at a neutral venue.

Meanwhile amidst the chaos, Miandad's extremely uncomfortable remark is sure to make matters worse.

"Forget Security. "We Believe That Agar Maut Aani Hai Toh Aani Hai. Zindagi Aur Maut Toh Allah Ke Haath Mein Hai" (If You're Destined To Die, You Will Die. Life And Death Is In The Hands Of The Almighty). If They Call Us Today, We Will Go. But They Should Return Too. The Thing Is The Last Time We Went, But They Haven't Come Here Since. It's Their Turn Now" Miandad said on the Nadir Ali podcast.

India last traveled to Pakistan for the Asia Cup in 2008, while Pakistan came to India for a white-ball tour in 2012-13. But the Pulwama attacks in 2019 have meant that the two sides only play in ICC events.
