An old tweet of Jofra Archer went viral on social media after he dismissed Washington Sundar in second innings of the ongoing third test between England Cricket Team and Indian Cricket Team at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.
Notably, Archer made a return to test cricket after four years in the ongoing encounter. In the second innings, he did a wonderful job for England. Archer dismissed India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal for a duck at the start.
In the first session on day five, the right-arm pacer dismissed Rishabh Pant. Later, he also dismissed Sundar for a four-ball duck. With Archer’s brilliant performance, England are moving towards a victory in the Lord’s test.

Notably, Archer’s old tweet went viral after he dismissed Sundar in the Lord’s test. In July 2015, Archer had tweeted on X (formerly Twitter), “How long it takes to get to Washington?”. He probably meant the city Washington in USA.
However, cricket fans linked the tweet to the ongoing match. Some fans commented “four balls,” indicating the number of balls Archer needed to dismiss Sundar. Even England Cricket replied to the tweet on X.
Archer also picked two wickets in the first innings. Earlier, England piled up 192/10 in the second innings and set a target of 193 runs for India. Ben Stokes and Archer gave a big blow to India at the start, getting key wickets quickly.

Meanwhile, England have gained momentum in second innings of the Lord’s test. They have reduced India to eight wickets down and need just two more wickets to claim the victory. Ravindra Jadeja has kept the winning hopes alive for India, however, he does not have much support at the other end.
