23. Anukul Roy – ₹20 lakhs:

Anukul Roy was acquired by the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2022 mega auction for 20 lakhs. Prior to joining KKR, he had stints with the Mumbai Indians. With 7 matches played, Roy has claimed 5 wickets in the IPL. KKR retained him for the IPL 2024 for 20 lakhs.

22. Suyash Sharma – ₹20 lakhs:

Suyash Sharma was acquired by KKR in the IPL 2023 auction for 20 lakhs. With 11 matches played, he has already secured 10 wickets. KKR retained him for the IPL 2024 for 20 lakhs.

21. Harshit Rana – ₹20 lakhs:

Harshit Rana was acquired by the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2022 mega auction for 20 lakhs. Having played 8 matches and secured 6 wickets so far, he has showcased promise on the field. KKR retained him for the 2024 IPL for 20 lakhs.

20. Angkrish Raghuvanshi – ₹20 lakhs:

Angkrish Raghuvanshi was acquired by KKR in the IPL 2024 auction for 20 lakhs, marking his debut season in the IPL. Eager to showcase his talent, Raghuvanshi will be aiming aims make a significant impact in IPL 2024 if given the opportunity to play.

19. Ramandeep Singh – ₹20 lakhs:

Ramandeep Singh was acquired by KKR in the IPL 2024 auction for 20 lakhs, having previously played for MI. With experience in 5 IPL matches, Singh has contributed 45 runs to date, aiming to further establish his presence in the IPL 2024 with KKR.

18. Sakib Hussain – ₹20 lakhs:

Sakib Hussain was secured by KKR in the IPL 2024 auction for 20 lakhs, marking his debut season in the IPL. Eager to showcase his skills, he will aim to make a significant impact in IPL 2024 if provided with the opportunity to play.

17. Rahmanullah Gurbaz – ₹50 lakhs:

Rahmanullah Gurbaz was traded in by KKR from GT before the IPL 2023 auction. Gurbaz joined GT squad during IPL 2022 as replacement of then injured Jason Roy at his base price of INR 50 lakhs. KKR traded him for the same price before IPL 2023 auction and retained him before the IPL 2024 as well.

Gurbaz, who has so far played 11 matches and scored 227 runs, will warn INR 50 lakhs from KKR during the IPL 2024.

16. Manish Pandey – ₹50 lakhs:

Manish Pandey was acquired by KKR for ₹50 lakhs in the IPL 2024 auction. Prior to re-joining KKR, Pandey has represented several franchises including Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Pune Warriors India, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Lucknow Super Giants, and Delhi Capitals. With 170 matches under his belt, Pandey has amassed 3808 runs in the IPL.

15. K.S. Bharat – ₹50 lakhs:

KS Bharat was acquired by KKR for 50 lakhs in the IPL 2024 auction. Before joining KKR, Bharat had stints with Delhi Daredevils (without any appearances), Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Gujarat Titans, although he didn’t get a chance to play in the IPL during his time with DD. So far, he has played only 10 matches, scoring 199 runs in the tournament.

14. Chetan Sakariya – ₹50 lakhs:

Chetan Sakariya was acquired by KKR for 50 lakhs in the IPL 2024 auction. Before joining KKR, Sakariya had played for Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Capitals. With 19 matches under his belt, he has already taken 20 wickets in the IPL, showcasing his bowling prowess.

13. Dushmantha Chameera – ₹50 lakhs:

Dushmantha Chameera, the Sri Lankan pacer, has been enlisted by KKR as a replacement for Gus Atkinson, securing a contract worth 50 lakhs. Prior to joining KKR, Chameera was part of the Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore squads but didn’t feature in any matches. He later represented the Lucknow Super Giants in 2022. With 12 IPL matches under his belt, Chameera has taken 9 wickets, and will be looking to make an impact for KKR in the IPL 2024.

12. Rinku Singh – ₹55 lakhs:

Rinku Singh was acquired by KKR for 80 lakhs in the IPL 2018 auction. Prior to joining KKR, he was part of Kings XI Punjab (now known as Punjab Kings) but didn’t get a game. Rinku was released by KKR before the IPL 2022 mega auction, but the franchise bought him back for a lesser price of 55 lakhs and the team has been retaining services of Rinku since then. He will earn 55 lakhs from KKR in thr IPL 2023.

With 31 matches played so far, Singh has scored 725 runs in the IPL. His best season was the last one, where he scored 474 runs in 14 matches.

11. Vaibhav Arora – ₹60 lakhs:

Vaibhav Arora was initially purchased by KKR in the IPL 2021 auction but was released ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. Punjab Kings then acquired his services for INR 2 crore and released him before 2023 season. However, he was re-bought by KKR for the IPL 2023 for 60 lakhs. With 10 matches played, Arora has taken 8 wickets in the IPL so far. KKR retained him for 60 lakhs for the IPL 2024.

10. Sherfane Rutherford – ₹1.50 crores:

Sherfane Rutherford, originally from the West Indies, was signed by KKR for 1.5 crores during the IPL 2024 auction. Before joining KKR, he had been associated with Delhi Capitals, Mumbai Indians (without any appearances), and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Rutherford has played 10 matches in the IPL, accumulating a total of 106 runs.

9. Phil Salt – ₹1.5 crores:

Phil Salt, who remained unsold in the IPL 2024 auction, got roped in by KKR as replacement for Jason Roy for a sum of 1.5 crores. Roy withdrew from IPL 2024 citing personal reasons. Prior to joining KKR, Salt represented Delhi Capitals in IPL 2023, featuring in nine matches and accumulating 218 runs.

8. Mujeeb Ur Rahman – ₹2 crores:

Mujeeb Ur Rahman, hailing from Afghanistan, was acquired by KKR for 2 crores in the IPL 2024 auction. Prior to joining KKR, he had stints with Kings XI Punjab and Sunrisers Hyderabad. With 19 matches under his belt, Mujeeb has taken 19 wickets in the IPL.

7. Sunil Narine – ₹6 crores:

Sunil Narine was acquired by KKR in 2012 and has been a consistent member of the team since then, having exclusively played for KKR in the IPL. With 162 matches under his belt, Narine has taken 163 wickets and scored 1046 runs. Ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction, KKR retained Narine for 6 crores, and he got retained at the same price for the IPL 2024.

6. Nitish Rana – ₹8 crores:

Nitish Rana was acquired by KKR in the IPL 2018 auction for 3.4 crores after previously playing for Mumbai Indians. With 105 matches to his name, Rana has amassed 2594 runs in the IPL. Despite being released before the IPL 2022 mega auction, he was reacquired by KKR for 8 crores and got retained for the same amount for the IPL 2023 and then again for IPL 2024 as well.

5. Venkatesh Iyer – ₹8 crores:

Venkatesh Iyer was initially acquired by KKR for 20 lakhs in the IPL 2021 auction. With 36 matches under his belt, he has already scored 956 runs. Following his impressive performance, KKR retained him for 8 crores before the IPL 2022 mega auction and retained him at the same price for the IPL 2024.

4. Varun Chakravarthy – ₹8 crores:

Varun Chakravarthy was initially bought by KKR for 4 crores in the IPL 2020 auction. Prior to joining KKR, he played just one match for Kings XI Punjab. With 56 matches under his belt, Chakravarthy has taken 62 wickets so far. Impressed by his performance, KKR retained him for 8 crores before the IPL 2022 mega auction. The franchise has now retained at his price of 8 crores for IPL 2023 and now IPL 2024 as well.

3. Andre Russell – ₹12 crores:

Andre Russell was acquired by KKR in 2014 and has been a key member of the team since then. Prior to joining KKR, he played for Delhi Daredevils. With 112 matches under his belt, Russell has contributed significantly with both bat and ball, having taken 96 wickets and scored 2262 runs. Ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction, KKR retained Russell for 12 crores, and he got retained at the same price for the IPL 2024.

2. Shreyas Iyer – ₹12.25 crores:

Shreyas Iyer was acquired by KKR for 12.25 crores in the IPL 2022 mega auction. Prior to joining KKR, he played for Delhi Capitals. With 101 matches under his belt, Iyer has amassed 2776 runs. Despite missing the last season due to injury, KKR retained him for the same price of 12.25 crores for the IPL 2024. Iyer will be leading KKR in the IPL 2024.

1. Mitchell Starc – ₹24.75 crores:

Mitchell Starc, acquired by KKR for a staggering 24.75 crores in the IPL 2024 auction, holds the distinction of being the highest-ever purchase in the IPL history. Prior to joining KKR, Starc featured for Royal Challengers Bangalore from 2014 to 2015, marking his only two IPL seasons until now. Following his return to the IPL in 2024, Starc aims to leave a mark with KKR, having played 27 matches and claimed 34 wickets in his IPL career thus far.
