RCB crushed DC in the WPL 2026 final by six wickets.
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) clashed in a thrilling final in the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2026) on Thursday (February 5), which went till the final over. RCB eventually crushed DC Women by six wickets in the WPL 2026 final to win their second title in the tournament.
After opting to bowl first, RCB Women failed to restrict DC Women from going big. With brilliant knocks by Laura Wolvaardt (44) and Jemimah Rodrigues (57), DC piled up a mammoth total of 203/4 in the first innings. Chinelle Henry hammered a quickfire 35 off 15 balls to add crucial runs towards the end.
Even after losing opener Grace Harris (9) cheaply at the start, RCB Women did not lose their patience in the gigantic chase. Mandhana took the responsibility on her shoulders, scoring a stunning 87 run-knock. She etched a wonderful 165-run stand for the second wicket with Georgia Voll (79), as the latter scored a half-century.
RCB lost a few wickets quickly towards the end. However, Radha Yadav ensured to get the winning runs in the final over. Mandhana won the Player of the Match for her match-winning knock.

Notably, RCB also scripted the record for the most successful chases in WPL history. On the other hand, DC Women finished as the runners-up for the fourth consecutive time in the tournament.
