There are three different Lord’s Honours Boards, two for bowling achievements and one for batting.

Getting their name inscribed on the Lord’s Honours Boards is a special dream for any cricketer who gets a chance to play an international match at the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground, which is referred to as the Home Of Cricket, in London.

The Lord’s Honours Boards are stationed in the dressing rooms in the pavilion. There are three boards that commemorate cricketers for their achievements in international cricket at this venue.

The three types of Lord’s Honours Boards are Century Board, Five-Wicket Board, and Ten-Wicket Board, which commemorate players who score a century, take a five-wicket innings haul, and a 10-wicket match haul, respectively.

The boards initially only included achievements in test cricket, but in 2019, recognition was added for ODIs.

There are separate boards for men’s cricket and women’s cricket. There are also separate boards for the home team (England) and away teams, placed in their respective dressing rooms.

Talking about men’s test cricket, until the time of writing, there have been 250 entries on the batting honours board, 33 in men’s ODI, and four in women’s ODIs.

There have been 193 men’s test five-fors taken at Lord’s, 15 in ODIs, and three in women’s ODIs. There have been 30 ten-wicket match hauls at this historic ground.

Further, some players have had the distinction of being on more than one Lord’s Honours Board.
